the DEMONSTRASI PRODUK AL-NAZHIFAH DENGAN AKAD ISTISHNA’ SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN STUNTING PADA MASYARAKAT LUMAJANG

The purpose of this study is to describe the al-nazhifah product with the istishna' contract to prevent the increase in stunting rates, especially in Lumajang district. The method used is descriptive qualitative with documentation, observation and interview data collection. Data analysis used in this study is source triangulation. The results of this study are that the Fastabiqul Khoirot Lumajang Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative has a superior product with the istishna' contract called al-nazhifah. Many Lumajang residents do not have good sanitation infrastructure, so this financial institution not only provides financing, but also a technical team that can help with consultation and construction of sanitation facilities. If more and more families use Al Nazifah to get access to safe sanitation. This good collaboration will lead to improved health and welfare for the Lumajang community.

Pengembangan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Bagi Guru di Lembaga PAUD Desa Curahtakir, Kec.Tempurejo, Kabupaten Jember Untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Anak dan Mengurangi Ketergantungan Anak dalam Bermain Gadget

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap hasil pengabdian masyarakat dalan konteks pengembnagan alat permaianan edukatif (APE) berbasis kearifan loka bagi guru di Lembaga PAUD Desa Curahtakir, Kecamatan Tempurejo, Kabupaten Jember untuk mengurangi ketergantungan anak pada gadget. Temuan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa lemabaga PAUD setempat belum memiliki APE yang berbasis kearifan lokal, padahal APE tradisional mengandung nilai-nilai budaya penting dalam pembentukan sikap, perilaku dan kreatifitas anak dan juga ditemukan di Lembaga PUAD setempat banyak anak usia dini yang memiliki ketergantungan bermain gadget (smarthphone). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa service learning (SL) dengan melalui tiga tahapan inti: persiapan, layanan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap, pertama, setelah dilakukannya pengembangan alat permainan edukatif berbasis kearifan lokan melalui pelatihan guru, implementasi produk APE di PAUD maka terjadi peningkatan kreatifitas guru dalam mengajar. Kedua, Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa alat permainan edukatif berbasis kearifan lokal dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan belajar siswa dan mengurangi ketergantungan anak dalam bermain gadget.

This mentoring aims to describe the assistance of Khotmil Qur'an recitation on Friday Legi at Miftahul Jannah mosque in Kedungringin village. Using the Participation Activity Research (PAR) approach through assistance, namely (1) Initial Mapping
(2) paying attention to people's ideas (3) Uniting with the people (4) Translating ideas into action (5) Repeating repeatedly. The subjects of this service consisted of Jama'ah Musala Miftahul Jannah. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the mentoring showed that the Khotmil Qur'an recitation activities on Friday had a positive impact on the community in the Miftahul Jannah Musala environment. Among them, the religious atmosphere is more pronounced, life is more harmonious, and the Musala also has financial cash.

SOCIALIZATION OF MARRIAGE PREVENTION EFFORTS ISLAMIC-BASED EARLY CHILDHOOD IN STUDENTS SMAN 2 MATARAM

Early marriage is a significant social issue in Indonesia, especially in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), with the rate of child marriage reaching 15.485% in 2018. This phenomenon has a negative impact on children's health, education, and welfare. This research aims to provide socialization and education about Islamic-based early marriage prevention to SMAN 2 Mataram students, to increase their awareness. The methods used include the delivery of interactive materials, discussions, and evaluations through pre-test and post-test. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the negative impacts of early marriage, with post-tests demonstrating their commitment to supporting the prevention of the practice. In conclusion, this socialization succeeded in providing an in-depth understanding of the importance of postponing marriage for health and education. This educational activity is significant in creating a young generation who cares about the issue of early marriage, so that students can become agents of change that bring a positive influence on society and support children's rights to education and a better future.

The article describes the mentoring of performance measurement of micro, small and medium enterprises of coffee farmers in Gucialit Village, Lumajang Regency. The study used a descriptive qualitative method. The descriptive analysis method is a statistical method used to describe the data that has been collected. This method does not aim to make general conclusions or generalizations. The results of this mentoring study can be concluded that the main indicator is leadership which is shown by the behavior of always being kind to customers. While the indicators that form the performance of coffee farmers' businesses in Lumajang Regency in sequence are growth in the number of assets, growth in work plan customers, and business growth. Growth in the number of assets is the main indicator shown by the increasing amount of business income set aside for savings

OPTIMALISASI PENDAMPINGAN MANAJEMEN PESANTREN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SANTRI

Artikel ini ditulis bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendampingan manajemen pesantren dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar santri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen yang efektif, meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran yang matang, pengorganisasian sumber daya yang optimal, pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang inovatif, serta evaluasi yang berkelanjutan, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar santri. Faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi manajemen juga diidentifikasi untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.

Mediation helps to rebuild trust, improve communication, and restore relationships that have been damaged by conflict. Research shows that mediation can provide significant improvements in employment relationships, reduce levels of conflict in the workplace, and contribute to increased productivity. The official implementation of mediation is rooted in social dynamics that reflect public dissatisfaction with the performance of the judiciary, which has so far acted as the only institution for resolving disputes. The implementation of Community Service (PKM) is an integral part of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education carried out by lecturers from the Law Department, Faculty of Law, Syekh Yusuf Al-Makassari University, Gowa. This activity aims to provide real contributions through the provision of legal services in the form of legal assistance and assistance in order to provide direct benefits and have a positive impact on the community. This activity took place on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Jalan, Paccalayya No. 1 Lingkungan Pa'bangiang, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The main focus of this PKM activity is to provide direct legal assistance to people in need. From the results and outputs of community service, it can be concluded that legal mediation is a method of dispute resolution involving a neutral mediator and the disputing parties. This process emphasizes a collaborative approach and reduces hostility. The success of legal mediation is highly dependent on its ability to facilitate effective communication, create open dialogue space, and formulate solutions that are mutually acceptable to all parties involved

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan pendampingan kreativitas santri melalui pelathan kaligrafi Pondok pesantren Putri Miftahul Ulum Banyuputih Kidul. Kegiatan penganbdian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) Pendekatan ini memiliki prinsip semuanya mengarah kepada pemahaman dan internalisasi asset, potensi, kekuatan, dan pendayagunaan secara mandiri dan semaksimal mungkin. PENDAMPINGAN AUDIT MUTU INTERNAL PENDEKATAN PARTICIPATION ACTION RESEARCH DI STIT MIFTAHUL MIDAD LUMAJANG

Artikel mendeskripsikan pendampingan audit mutu internal pendekatan partcipation action research di Stit Miftahul Midad Lumajang. Penelitian menggunakan metode konstrutif. Peserta workshop dan pendampingan yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 04-06 Desember 2024 berjumlah 15 dosen dari kedua program studi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Seluruh dosen hadir pada 3 kali pertemuan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil audit terhadap kedua prodi di STIT Miftahul Midad Lumajang didapatkan gambaran bahwa masih terdapat beberapa kriteria yang tidak sesuai, tidak seluruhnya ketidaktercapaian kriteria tersebut disebabkan karena keterbatasan prodi, tetapi karena belum optimalnya prodi dalam memanfaatkan sumberdaya yang ada.

Abstract

The essay details STIT Miftahul Midad Lumajang's internal quality audit support utilizing a participatory action research methodology. The study's methodology was productive. Fifteen instructors from both study programs participated in the workshop and assistance that took place from December 4-6, 2024. Three phases were used to carry out the activities: planning, execution, and assessment. Every lecturer was present during the three sessions. Based on the findings of the audit of the two study programs at STIT Miftahul Midad Lumajang, it was discovered that a number of criteria remained inappropriate. Not all of the unmet criteria were caused by the study program's limitations, but rather by the study program's subpar use of the resources already in place.
