Changing the paradigm of thinking in looking at fiqh is indeed a necessity. Because fiqh appears not only as a measuring tool for truth, but is required to be able to appear as a reader of social reality and then be able to take certain attitudes and actions on the existing social reality. So that later fiqh has a dual function; firstly as a tool for measuring social reality, and secondly as a tool of social engineering. To be able to realize these two functions, the first step is the reasoning of the product or device owned by fiqh to be developed contextually, and then developed with the qauli or manhaji madzhab development model
